Traditional productivity is no longer about doing more work with fewer people. In a post-AI world, executive productivity means focusing leaders’ time on the highest-value decisions, while using AI to automate routine analysis, reporting, communication, and operational coordination.

This session will explore how directors and Heads of Department can redesign work, decision-making, and organizational structures to improve speed, quality, and competitiveness.

The discussion will also address the risk of “AI overload” and how leaders can ensure that technology strengthens, rather than weakens, judgment, creativity, and human leadership.
