ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Rushabh Mota
Rushabh Mota (PCC) is an HR strategist, coach, and organisational effectiveness consultant with over a decade of experience spanning education, FMCG, pharma, global capability centres, technology, and manufacturing. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Talent Edge Consulting, where he partners with organisations to optimise HR strategy, embed AI-driven tools, and strengthen leadership and managerial capability.
Previously, Rushabh held leadership roles at Schindler India, GapTech (the global capability centre of Gap Inc.), and Cipla. His work has ranged from designing competency frameworks and leadership journeys, to driving gender diversity, organisational design, and large-scale change management. He has also led HR technology implementations, workforce analytics, and transformation projects that delivered measurable cost and efficiency gains.
An MBA in HRM from MDI Gurgaon and a mechanical engineering graduate from Osmania University, Rushabh is an ICF-certified PCC coach, DDI-certified job analyst, and DISC-certified personality trainer. He is recognised for combining HR strategy with technology, culture transformation, and people capability building to deliver sustainable impact.
