Kaushik Ghatak is experienced in supply chain consulting in PwC, Supply Chain Technology roles at IBM, Oracle, and SAP, and current adjunct faculty position for teaching Supply Chain at SMU and NTU. His specific current interest areas are Digital Supply Chains and Supply Chain Risk Management.

Steven Lesser. Steve believes in three foundational pillars to achieve supply chain success: leadership, talent management, and technology. After a quarter century managing supply chain teams in every global region, Steve launched his consultancy business in Singapore to follow his passion helping small to medium-sized businesses transform and uplift their supply chains, taking supply chain tech startups to market, and teaching the rising generation of supply chain professionals. Originally from the US, Steve moved his family to Asia Pacific 15 years ago and watched all four kids depart for university with a greater appreciation and love for the region.

Our networks operate within the following frameworks:

  • Join a group of six (6) peer group meetings each year for a half-day at a central Singapore location (in-person and virtual options available) with dates set a year in advance.

  • You get access to weekly Cross-Functional events (interactive knowledge sharing sessions that are held both physically and virtually), including focus groups on digital transformation, innovation, human capital, future of works, developing markets, personal development, and networking evenings.
