At the core, is building a sense of ownership, responsibility, and inner authority. Her clients are mainly GLCs and multinational corporations.

Tessie Lim began her career as an advertising copywriter and then served in a private university for more than 15 years. Her last position there was as VP, Strategic Corporate Development. After that, Tessie Lim began writing again, and training leadership communication. This includes presentation skills and media strategy. Her weekly column Get A Life ran for 10 years in the NST

Her radio show Be the Best with Tessie Lim aired on LiteFM. Now apart from corporate coaching and training, Tessie Lim leads The Women Rising Movement, a project she founded to build courage, confidence, and the sense of liberation for women. The Movement organises events, training programs, and provides a platform for women to come together to learn together and share their experiences.To find their voice and to support others finding their voices too.

As an experienced academician and professional trainer cum consultant with undergraduate and postgraduate experience as well as soft skills and hard skills training, he is someone with a significant record and promise of teaching and training effectiveness and excellence at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, active scholarship, significant track record of professional development, students and clients advising abilities in addition to extensive business consultations record as well as other services to the academic and non-academic entities and business community.

As an associate professor in different well-known universities and colleges and teaching and training mostly international students and clients (local/international) in different levels of undergraduate and postgraduate (MBA/DBA/Ph.D.), he has become a skilled professional with a wide range and variety of experiences. He has published widely at both national and international conferences and journals in different disciplines including marketing and human resources, contemporary issues and aspects of management and leadership, digital marketing, marketing strategy, international marketing, and high-tech marketing.

Dr. Lee's expertise encompasses personal branding, appearance, behavior, and communication, firmly establishing her as one of Asia's most influential speakers.

Dr. Lee also holds the esteemed position of Director at the World's First BrandImage™ International Institute, a globally recognized institution endorsed by the Malaysian Department of Skills Development (JPK), Open University Malaysia (OUM), and the United Kingdom (UK).
