Build the AI Muscles that Matter: Benchmark Yout AI Readiness (Continued)

Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant future—it’s here, reshaping industries and redefining how we work. But the big question is: Is your organization truly ready to harness its full potential?

Benchmark your AI readiness - map the capabilities that drive competitive advantage.
We continue our previous discussions where we introduced the AI strategy (attendance to the previous workshop with Steve  not required)

AI is moving fast - but most companies don't have a clear view of what AI capabilities they actually need, what they already have, and how they compare to others.

In this 90-minute peer workshop, Steven Nunez (Head of AI Training at Akkodis Singapore and former NASA AI scientist) will introduce the AI Capability Matrix - a practical tool to benchmark your organisation's technical readiness and AI service-building capabilities.

You will gain practical insights into:

  • Understanding where their organization stands on the AI readiness journey

  • Identifying gaps and opportunities in strategy, talent, and technology

  • Building the right foundation for responsible, scalable, and impactful AI adoption

This is not just about using AI—it’s about building the right capabilities to make AI work for you, your teams, and your business goals.
