Women’s Executive Leadership

EGN Singapore/women’s Executive Leadership

Build a network of women executives united by shared professional aspirations.

A confidential peer group for senior women executives and high-potential women leaders who are leading today—and preparing to step into CEO, Managing Director, and board-level roles in the future.

This women-only peer group brings together female leaders from both multinational corporations (MNCs) and established SMEs across diverse industries. In a safe and confidential environment, members build trusted relationships to openly discuss leadership challenges, strategic decisions, and career progression at the highest levels.

Designed for women with ambition and responsibility, the group supports members who are navigating complex leadership expectations—driving performance, influencing at the top table, and preparing for greater scope, visibility, and impact.

The current key topics that are being explored during our meetings, and we regularly seek our members’ input to flex and change these as situations change:

  • ESG – incorporating environmental, social and governance aspects into your business strategy

  • Mental wellbeing within the organization

  • Big Data – trends, technology, and opportunities

  • Neurodiversity

  • Change management

  • Purposeful career planning

  • Leadership changed over the past year – what concepts should we embrace?

  • Toxic personalities at the workplace

  • Personal branding

  • Male-driven teams versus women-driven teams

  • Female leaders – the male view

  • Aligning all teams in a large organisation to collaborate and execute a joint mission

From strategy development to effective execution, this is a peer group that will exchange ideas to identify the best practices for tomorrow.
