The Chair of the Group is Yohanes Jeffry Johary. Jeffry is a seasoned Senior Executive with a robust 15-year background in Growth-and-Value-Creation Architecture. Jeffry's expertise spans from strategic planning to execution, contributing significantly to business and process enhancement across various global companies and industries. With a primary focus on Customer Experiences, Innovations, Digitalization, and ESG Initiatives, Jeffry brings a pragmatic approach to leadership. Currently, he serves as a member of the United Kingdom - ASEAN Business Council (UKABC), showcasing his commitment to international business collaboration.

James is an accomplished business leader with more than 20 years of experiences in multinational technology companies in North America, Asia and Europe.

James gained extensive experiences across multiple geographies and roles, working in different position including System Architect, General Manager, and Head of Strategic Management. Throughout his various business roles, he successfully leading regional expansion in SEA, leading teams across Europe, Americas and Asia and launched more than 20 projects in different applications, and achieved best youngest branch.

James has the exceptional passion to develop and to coach people, develop added values and grow organizations.

His area of expertise are in: performance management, product development, R&D management, manufacturing management, operational management, business and organizational development, team leadership and people development, coaching, training and consulting.

Join a group of six (6) peer group meetings each year for a half-day at a central Singapore location (in-person and virtual options available) with dates set a year in advance.
You get access to weekly Cross-Functional events (interactive knowledge sharing sessions that are held both physically and virtually), including focus groups on digital transformation, innovation, human capital, future of works, developing markets, personal development, and networking evenings.
EGN provides an experienced and certified facilitator to run all aspects of the group and meetings.

When we have received your application, you will be contacted by a Network Advisor for a more in-depth interview to find the right peer group for your managerial level and/or professional need.
All candidates must be approved by both the Chair and specific peer group members before joining a group. This is done both to match relevant peers and also to avoid private friends, customer relationships and competitors being placed together in the same network group and to help facilitate honest and fruitful discussions.
