𝐄𝐆𝐍 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 — EGN Executive Leadership Virtual Meeting

We marked the successful launch of the EGN Executive Virtual Group, bringing together senior leaders across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia for an engaging discussion on “𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 & 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.”

Chaired by Subhash Raghavendra and featuring insights from Debanjan Dutta, Executive Director & COO, SSG Delivery at Lenovo, the session explored one of the most important leadership questions facing organizations today: 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗜-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱?

What made the session especially meaningful was the openness and quality of the peer discussions. Leaders across industries shared practical experiences, challenges, and perspectives on AI adoption, organizational culture, leadership adaptability, employee empowerment, and maintaining trust amid rapid technological change.

A key takeaway from the session was that successful AI transformation is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗹𝘆 about technology implementation, but about 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. Organizations that thrive in the age of AI will be led by individuals who can balance speed with responsibility, innovation with empathy, and automation with human connection.

The interactive breakout discussions and Advisory Board-style conversations also reinforced the value of trusted peer learning. Creating space for leaders to openly exchange ideas, sense-check challenges, and learn from one another beyond traditional networking environments.
