Senior leaders need to move beyond using technology as a productivity tool and instead leverage it as a catalyst for new ways of working. Drawing on organizational psychology, we explore how digital tools, AI, and collaboration platforms reshape decision-making, trust, accountability, and human connection at work.
We will examine where technology amplifies focus, autonomy, and flow - and where it unintentionally creates overload, fragmentation, or disengagement. Through practical frameworks and real-world examples, we will learn to design work that integrates human judgment with technological speed, enabling adaptive teams, clearer priorities, and sustainable performance in hybrid and fast-changing environments.
