The Workforce Rewritten: From AI Impact to Talent Strategy

As workforce dynamics continue to evolve, HR leaders are at the forefront of managing increasing complexity across both generational diversity and employment models. With teams spanning from Baby Boomers to Gen Z, alongside a growing mix of full-time employees, contractors, and gig talent, traditional talent strategies are no longer sufficient.

This session will focus on how HR leaders can design and implement agile, inclusive talent strategies that effectively engage a multigenerational and multi-contract workforce. We will explore key considerations around workforce planning, employee experience, performance management, and culture-building across diverse talent segments.

Join this discussion to gain practical insights and share perspectives on how to align talent strategies with changing workforce realities, while ensuring productivity, engagement, and long-term organizational success.
