The Human Edge: Navigating Leadership Through Empathy and Connection in an AI Era

AI can analyse data, write emails, develop strategies, and even imitate empathy. But what will continue to make people trust, follow, and stay loyal to a leader?

In this session, we will explore an important question:
Are we using AI to become better leaders — or are we allowing it to make us less human?

Together, we will discuss why empathy, presence, emotional intelligence, authentic connection, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations may become the ultimate competitive advantage in the age of AI. In a world where everyone can access the same technology, the true differentiator may no longer be intelligence — it may be humanity.
