Pallavi Tamboli is an experienced Leadership Coach and Organisational Development Consultant with over 18 years of industry and consulting experience across engineering, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and global consulting. She specialises in leadership development, coaching, organisational transformation, and culture integration.
As the Culture Integration Lead during a major M&A project, Pallavi developed the HR integration strategy, established the project management office, and led initiatives, including leadership alignment, employee engagement, communication workshops, pulse surveys, town halls, and value cascade programmes, to build a high-performing, integrated culture.
