Strategic Planning and Execution - A Leadership Perspective

In a world that’s constantly changing, strategy alone is no longer enough, it’s the ability to turn that strategy into real, meaningful action that defines great leadership.

As digital transformation continues to reshape how we lead and connect, the real challenge isn’t just adopting technology — it’s about building clarity, agility, and trust across our teams and organizations. It’s about aligning people, purpose, and progress in a way that drives lasting impact.

About The Speaker:
Christophe Derdeyn
Christophe is a Managing Director at Icon Consulting Group. With a career rooted in a lifelong passion for technology, He built his entrepreneurial journey on experience, impact, and customer focus.
From early IT work during the Y2K era to leading large-scale transformations at Interbrew and launching delaware’s IT Services in Southeast Asia, he’s consistently embraced complexity, cultural diversity, and business purpose.
His ventures are driven by a belief that technology should serve people—whether scaling global solutions or creating life-changing opportunities through offshore services in Vietnam.
Resilience, empathy, and a deep commitment to value creation for both clients and society have shaped my approach—and continue to guide him forward.
