ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Manojit Sen
Dr. Manojit Sen is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and sustainability champion with over 30 years of experience in senior HR and leadership roles across global organisations. He spent more than two decades with Shell, including as Global Head of Learning & Talent, and later served as CHRO of JERA Global Markets.
A practitioner of ESG and organisational transformation, Manojit has led culturebuilding, leadership development, and change management initiatives across multiple geographies. He is also a co-founder of NHRDN Singapore, the largest HR professional network in the country.Holding a Doctorate in International Business on the topic of Leadership of Sustainability, Manojit also brings certifications in ESG and sustainability leadership from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and MIT. His work today focuses on coaching leaders, advising organisations on sustainable growth, and embedding purpose-driven practices into strategy and culture.
