Influence Without Authority Getting Buy-In Across Functions

In today’s complex leadership environment, the ability to influence without formal authority is a critical capability. This session explores influence as a process of mutual persuasion, collaboration, and joint problem-solving.

About the Speaker

Robin Miles

Robin Miles is a High Performance Coach & Strategist with over 25 years of experience working with executives, teams, and organizations across the private, government, not-for-profit, and military sectors. He specializes in leadership, negotiation, collaboration, and relationship development, helping leaders drive alignment and achieve meaningful results.

A Chartered Civil Engineer and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Robin is also an advocate for the Program on Negotiation at Harvard. Through InspireMe Consulting, he delivers high-performance coaching, training, and consulting programs for leaders and organizations globally.
