Every senior leader is now a communicator by default – presenting to the board on Monday, recording a message for the intranet on Tuesday, fielding a LinkedIn thread by Friday. Attention is scarce, and the leaders who are heard are rarely the ones with the most data. They are the ones with the better story.
Anna Ong is a storyteller, TEDx speaker and executive presence coach who spent 15 years in financial services before founding WYSH and creating What’s Your Story Slam, Singapore’s best-known storytelling showcase. She will show how a leader’s message flexes from the boardroom to the newsfeed without losing authenticity, and how to find the stories already sitting in your own experience.
This is a highly interactive working session, not a lecture. Expect to test the techniques live, tell your own story in small groups, and exchange candid feedback with peers. Come prepared to participate.
