In today's evolving business landscape, sustainability is no longer just a CSR initiative - it's a strategic priority. But how can HR play a central role in embedding environmental, social, and economic sustainability into the heart of talent management and organizational culture?

This session will explore how HR leaders can align sustainability goals with recruitment, retention, development, and employee engagement strategies. We'll discuss practical ways to shape a culture where sustainability is lived daily - from leadership behaviors to everyday decision-making.

Join us as we uncover how a sustainable approach to talent and culture can not only drive long-term business impact but also inspire purpose and resilience across the organization.
