Balancing Work, Life, and Leadership Responsibilities

In today's fast-changing global and regional context, women leaders face complex challenges that go beyond traditional work-life balance. The demand for resilience, agility, and purpose-driven leadership has only intensified with the rise of hybrid work, increasing mental health concerns, global uncertainty, and the push for equity and inclusion at senior levels.

Women executives whether leading teams, navigating transitions, or seeking new pathways-need safe and brave spaces to share experiences, reflect, and build practical strategies for sustaining balance without compromising leadership impact. This session creates such a space, blending insights from accomplished leaders with interactive peer-to-peer engagement.

Explore current challenges women leaders face in balancing professional responsibilities, personal priorities, and leadership expectations.
Reflect on personal leadership journeys and transitions in the context of global trends such as hybrid work models, AI-driven transformations, and changing family dynamics. Identify practical strategies for resilience, wellbeing, and sustainable leadership. Foster peer learning and networking among women executives across sectors.

About The Speaker:
